Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, and or order cancellations.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your bouquet carefully. If you notice any defects, damage, or believe you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.
If you are unsure whether you received the correct balloon colors, we recommend inflating one mini balloon of each color included. Balloon colors can appear different before inflation, and the true shade is only visible once fully inflated.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any concerns as quickly as possible.
