3. Ordering & Urgent Orders 
 
Do you offer pre-orders or same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer pre-orders—simply enter  your desired date and time frame during bouquet selection. Same-day delivery is not available. 

 

For urgent inquiries, please email us at contact@theballoon-collective.com and begin your message with: “URGENT ORDER REQUEST.”
Accommodation will depend on our current business volume, and an additional fee will be applied.




 

5. Care and Handling 
 
How do I care for my balloon bouquet? 

According to manufacture guidelines it is recommended that balloons are stored in a cool and dry area with proper ventilation. Keep away from heating and light sources. Optimal temperature range is 69-72 degrees.

 

We recommend the following care tips :

  • Keep balloons indoors in a cool, climate-controlled environment.

  • Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or sharp objects, as these can cause balloons to fade or pop.

  • Handle with care—balloons are made of premium latex and finished with satin ribbon, which may attract dust or particles.

  • Do not release balloons outdoors or expose them to extreme temperatures.

With proper care, your bouquet will remain beautifully displayed and celebration-ready.







 

7. Did I receive the correct color balloons?
 
Our photos of the High Society bouquets on the website closely reflect the look of the product you will receive. We use the same material as photographed. Lightning and other factors can make them look slightly different.

 

4. Products & Customization
 
What materials are your balloons made of?

Do you offer customizations? Yes! We offer simple customizations such as “Happy Birthday,” “Happy Anniversary,” and name additions to personalize your bouquet.

Can I customize a bouquet or collection? 
For more detailed or specific customization requests, please email us at contact@TheBalloon-collective@.com and our team will be happy to assist you.




 

6. What vehicle do I need to transport           my helium bouquet?
 
We recommend a full-size SUV with the seats folded down to transport bouquets.



 

2. Delivery & Pickup 
 
Do you offer delivery?
We offer free delivery in the Dallas Fort-Worth are up to 30 miles of our business address.



Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

If you fall within our delivery zone, all bouquets will be delivered directly to your location for added convenience. If you are outside of our delivery area please email us to arrange bouquet pick-up with one of our local partners. 



 

8. Why do my balloons have spots on them?
 
These are pigment spots. Due to the manufacturing process, some balloons may have these spots, which are completely normal. In the overall bouquets, they are unnoticeable.
 

10. Do you offer balloon garland?
 
At this time we do not offer balloon garland, however, we'll be sure to share updates as soon as the option becomes available.



 

9. My balloon appears dirty: what should I do?
 
The latex material can attract dust and dirt, especially after storage. Wipe them down with a damp paper towel or microfiber cloth to restore their original look. Additionally, using a cold-setting dryer can help remove dirt and dust.
