At The Balloon Collective, we take great care in ensuring every order arrives beautifully styled and celebration-ready. We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery for all our customers. All orders are processed within 72 hours.
Delivery Area
We are pleased to offer complimentary local delivery within our service area, including the following cities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area: Addison, Allen, Celina, Frisco, Little Elm, McKinney, and Prosper.
If your delivery address is outside of our service area, pickup may be available by request. Please contact us at contact@theballoon-collective.com prior to placing your order.
Delivery Scheduling

All deliveries must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

Recipient & Access Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide:

The Balloon Collective is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery Completion
A delivery is considered complete when:

The order is delivered to the provided address

Or left with the recipient, front desk, concierge, or at the front door if access is not available
We may take a delivery photo for confirmation purposes.
Weather & Environmental Conditions
Balloon products are sensitive to heat, cold, wind, and sunlight. Once delivery is completed, The Balloon Collective is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions.
Changes & Cancellations
