Upon receiving your order, please examine it closely. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. If you suspect that you have received the wrong colors, we suggest inflating one balloon of each color, as the true colors only appear once the balloons are inflated.
We are pleased to offer complimentary local delivery throughout of Dallas–Fort Worth area, serving the following cities: Allen, Celina, Frisco, Little Elm, McKinney and Prosper.

All deliveries must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advanced. Same day delivery is not available.
